(Q1) Why doesn't maltahotel.net display prices online ?

Prices are not displayed online as we are contracted with local hotels on offline rates and generally these are far better than online rates, direct rates or walk in rates therefore providing value to our customers. We are therefore generally in a position to offer you better rates than other Malta Hotel rates offered  online. Our company also beleives in having a human point of contact. All booking enquiries are handled by our back office staff in order to give you personal attention.

(Q2) If I want to book a hotel what shall I do ?

Firstly send in an enquiry for the hotel you are interested in, our hotel booking staff will first check availbaility and provide you with a quote and a payment form with various methods of payment including a link to our online payment gateway.

(Q3) Do you offer any early booking discounts ?

Yes, we offer early booking discounts to clients who book well in advance of their arrival to Malta or Gozo. Malta is a very small Island and capacity in hotels is very limited in high season, so we also recommend clients to book in advance for this reason.

(Q4) Do you offer any group booking discounts ?

Yes, we offer group booking discounts, which vary from hotel to hotel and season. When booking in advance for group bookings we can couple early booking discounts with group booking discounts, therefore offering you more value for your money.

(Q5) Do you offer airport transfers together with a hotel booking?

Yes, all rates offered include a private Malta airport transfer service direct to hotel you have booked, unless you specifically decide not to take the airport transfer. If you wish to book a separate Malta airport transfer you may do so by booking online at www.malta-airport-transfer.com

(Q6) Do you also offer car rental services ?

Yes, you may ask our staff for Malta car hire information, pick up and delivery in the booking enquiry form or book online.

(Q7) Do you offer self catering apartments ?

Yes, many local hotels offer self catering options besides conventional hotel rooms, however if you are looking for accommodation which is more private and exclusive you may visit www.holiday-malta.com for a comprehensive list of Malta holiday properties available for self catering bookings which may acoommodate anywhere between 2 and 18 persons.

(Q8) What is the minimum stay for hotel bookings ?

Generally we accept bookings with a minimum stay of at least 3 days. However we may accept less for larger groups.

(Q9) I booked a hotel but I want to change the dates, what shall I do ?

Please contact the member of staff who provided you with your quotation or booking voucher. 

(Q10) I booked a hotel but I want to cancel, what shall I do ?

Please contact the member of staff who provided you with your quotation or booking voucher.

(Q11) I booked a hotel but I want to change the number of persons booked, what shall I do ?

Please contact the member of staff who provided you with your quotation or booking voucher.

(Q12) I want to book a room in a particular hotel which is equipped for the physically challenged, what shall I do ?

Please make a note in the enquiry form in the section "Message "when requesting a quotation for a particular hotel.

(Q13) I wish to book a hotel for tomorrow morning, can I do this ?

Generally this would be difficult due to availability issues. However for last minute bookings we recommend that you contact us during office hours (Monday to Friday between 0900hrs and 1700hrs)  by phone on +356 21378781, in order for us to confrim whether we can accomodate your last minute hotel booking request.

(Q14) I wish to make a group booking of more than 10 persons, what shall I do?

Please make a note in the enquiry form when requesting a quotation for a particular hotel or send us the details by using the Contact Us form.

(Q15) I posted a guest review but i dont see this online yet - why ?

All guest reviews are vetted thoroughly before being published. As a general principle guest reviews are usually allowed by guests who have booked through maltahotel.net, however in certain instances we may allow reviews of non bookers. Publishing guest reviews remains at the discretion of maltahotel.net at all times.

(Q16) I booked a hotel through you but my friends did not and i need to organise an airport transfer for them, what shall I do ?
