  This is a Timeshare Club, which comprises of 10 apartments; studios that sleeps 2 or 1 bedroom units that sleep 4. All apartments have a full bathroom, air-conditioning, cable television and are fitted with a mini kitchen, including mini oven / microwave, 2 hobs and a fridge. The Club is affiliated to Resorts Condominiums International, better known as RCI; the world's largest Timeshare Exchange Company, with more than 3600 Clubs affiliated to it.

• The Strand Suite
  Cocktail/Coffee Lounge situated on the ground floor offers a selection of pastries, savories and other mouth-watering delicacies beside beverages and drinks, while in the evenings a more intimate atmosphere is created as guest may enjoy aperitifs, spirits and cocktails against a background of light music.
• Il-Gardjola Suite
  Situated on the hotel's upper floor this stylish suite has a multi purpose functionality and may be directly accessible by passenger lift. This suite may be transformed from an elegant Dining room to a conference hall, that may be used for seminars, conferences and other educational purposes. It is well equipped with all the necessary visual and sound equipment.
• The Manoel de Vilhena Suite
