"The
British Hotel is absolutely fine"
Nov 6, 2006 From Cambridge, UK
I certainly very much enjoyed my stay at the British Hotel in Valletta.. The
hotel accommodation was very comfortable and good value for money, and the
views over the Grand Harbour could hardly be matched anywhere. I
found the atmosphere friendly and all the staff were most obliging. I
hope that I may stay there again sometime but meanwhile I would

First of all,
let me be clear about one thing. The staff were first class, made us

apologising for the inconvenience caused by their planned

we had a wonderful time they went out of their way to help one tip
pay the extra for sea view not because the view is out of this
world, which it is, but inland rooms have church bells going most of
the night no problem if you sleep well .but it was a wonderful week

Hotel"

This was our second year stay at the British Hotel
in Malta. Excellent
service from the staff, Fireworks display every evening during
festival week and drinks on the balcony and a very nice though basic
room. Dammit, we only sleep here anyway! !!But we had clean bedding
every day and the staff at the hotel could not be more helpful or
friendly....

a spectacular view"

IMPORTANT! Try if you can to get Rooms 105 or 106. The (shared)
terrace was huge and the view was absolutely spectacular. I would
have lived in a tent to get that view. Yes,...

harbour bit of noise from the street below the back room look on to
a back street with the church bells (no problem if used...
